Shipping FAQ

What are your shipping costs?

For Canada we offer a flat rate of $7.95 on all orders.  If you order is over $35, shipping is free.

For the United States we offer a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders.  If your order is over $50, shipping is free.

For the rest of the world please contact us.  Average shipping prices are $20 but can be as low as $10.

What are your shipping methods?

To offer you the best and simplest possible service we automatically choose for you the fastest shipping option.  Our default shipping method is Canada Post Expidited, however depending on your order we may upgrade it to a faster shipping method.

How do I track my order?

You will automatically get tracking number with all orders.  You will also get email updates from Canada post regarding your shipment status.

 

Can I ship to a PO Box address?

Yes, Canada Post will ship to PO Boxes.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my shipment?

Most of our shipments are small enough to fit in your mailbox.  Canada Post may leave a package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. If you do not want it dropped at your door please let us know in the notes at checkout.
